Effective October 18, 2026. This site is operated by Loaded Sound Management for Bigg Britt at biggbritt.com. Questions go to info@loadedsoundmgt.com.
Email list
The footer form stores your email address, the time you signed up, the IP address of that request, and the version of this sentence: “Email me updates about Bigg Britt. Messages come from Bigg Britt (Loaded Sound Management). I can unsubscribe by replying to any email.” Signing up again with the same address does not erase that record. The list is not sold. Mail is sent as Bigg Britt (Loaded Sound Management). Reply to a message to unsubscribe, or use the unsubscribe page. That page removes the address from the email list.
Merch waitlist
The shop waitlist stores your email and, if you choose one, a preferred size. It does not ask for a phone number. This site does not send text messages. A later visit can add a size, and a blank size does not wipe one already saved.
Booking
The booking form stores your name, email, message, and any optional phone, organization, date, city, and venue you type. It emails that inquiry to Loaded Sound Management and can send you a short note that it was received. The form is not a confirmed booking.
Payments
Merch checkout stays off until Loaded Sound Management turns it on. When it is on, Square collects the card and the shipping address on Loaded Sound's Square account. This site does not receive or store card numbers. It stores the item, the amount, your email, and the shipping address Square sends back after a completed payment. A shipping amount can be added as its own line. Sales tax is not calculated here. Refunds and card disputes are recorded from Square and emailed to the booking desk.
Where it is stored
Signups, the waitlist, booking inquiries, and orders sit in a SQLite database on the hosting account for this domain. That file is kept outside the folder that is replaced each time the site is deployed.
Players
YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music do not load with the page. Nothing is requested from those companies until you press play. After that, the player comes from youtube-nocookie.com, open.spotify.com, or embed.music.apple.com. Those sites can set cookies and see your IP address. Spotify's player can also contact Spotify's error reporting (Sentry). If you do not press play, those requests do not happen.
Cookies
The public pages do not set analytics cookies. The private admin page sets an HttpOnly cookie after a successful login.
